From a proper Jewelers as well
To celebrate getting out of detox after another relapse
We’ve hired a room above a pub

My counselor’ll be there

Not to mention my mum and her dad and visa versa
From all ends of the land don’t know what they’ll talk about
Television probably
Her mum and dad produce it
And my mum and dad consume it
Kinda symbiotic I guess

Been doing really well

My mate gave me some dope because I can’t do drugs
It’s a celebration of coming off pills and alcohol
I’ve done it at last

Ended up round a dealers and my mate got the works out

It’s good to be in control though
Like my counselor says it’s having a choice that counts
So I choose not to go home that night
Wouldn’t have been any point I’d have only woke her

When I just bowled up at the party though
They must have been glad to see me drinking like a gentleman for once
I was so fucking happy it was unbelievable
I must have been full of bliss looking around in retrospect
Ha-ha. way people looked in comparison
might as well have been a funeral

Gotta get that necklace back off the dealer tomorrow
