the willful imposition of being
An invisible splash of time
Defiance
Complicity
Impotence
Cowardice
One nano light grain at a time
Tipping the scales of equanimity
Ex proportionately
Out of line

You stank of rushes
You flame of holly
Burning like the bush of fate
Why the impertinence!
You knew the stakes
Why the imprudence!
Written on your face
Your impudent conjecture
Your lewd instigation
Of diabolical intransigence
Your sensuality
Accorded the same ritual paucity
As the burial of a wish.

I didn't know how dirty she was ma
I couldn't get over her filthy pup

With her chihuahua, her brandy
And the naked deformity
Of her mafia pink blush
Hiding like an orchid
In a Petri dish of phlegm
