The all and the empty

The all and the empty
The cracked and the got
The pall of serenity
The tact of despots

The cry of the curlew
The hair of the spammer
The fly and the cow glue
The flume of the banner

Always a pleasure
Never a chore
Let's go chopping
Wood for the island
infinitesimal obsequies
Quintessential misunderstandings
Fate is a consequence
Of psychic soul planning

The troll and the captive
The cheap and the boxed
The call of cathexis
Love is the mocked

The doll and elastic
The court of derision
The bitter the caustic
The sale of the given

Always a pleasure
Never a chore
Let's go chopping
Wood for the island
infinitesimal obsequies
Quintessential misunderstandings
Fate is a consequence
Of psycho sensual somatics

The shade of the oyster
The cool of the pang
The trail of the popster
The slimewhich she sang
The smile of the harlot
The droll of the kicked
The wine of the Varlot
The throng of the sipped

Always a pleasure
Never a chore
Let's go chopping
Wood for the island
infinitesimal obsequies
Quintessential misunderstandings
Fate is a consequence
Of psycho tantric cunning

I was wild and white
Like a briar rose
Now I'm a rancid ogre
With a poisonous wart
On the end of my nose
Hanging like Venus
Is a spider
Eighteen eyes
Eat my flies
Throw me to the crows

The tea and the arsenic
The queen came to dinner
We showed her a hat trick
She went home a winner
In a carriage of pearl
Her grace light and smitten
This would have been the most beautiful song in the world
In the whole wide world
If I'd left it unwritten.

  1. Beauty comes
    In all shapes & sizes
As a Crow flys, even from as far as Bradford
    It‘s song demises

    for Martin
and crows that also sing, in the dead of night

    1. Crow Blacker than ever

      When God, disgusted with man,
      Turned towards heaven.
      And man, disgusted with God,
      Turned towards Eve,
      Things looked like falling apart.

      But Crow . . Crow
      Crow nailed them together,
Nailing Heaven and earth together -

So man cried, but with God's voice.
And God bled, but with man's blood.

Then heaven and earth creaked at the joint
Which became gangrenous and stank -
      A horror beyond redemption.

      The agony did not diminish.

Man could not be man nor God God.

      The agony

      Grew.

      Crow

      Grinned

      Crying: 'This is my Creation,'

Flying the black flag of himself.
